Cookies For Weight Loss

I am back! Another short one!           I am here to tell you about how cookies can play a role in weight loss! If cookies are baked just right, they chewing the hard outside can cause you to burn calories. Once you get to the middle part, your body keeps burning those calories until you burn more calories than the cookie has in it! Sorry for the short post!

Sharing is Caring

Hello again! It has been a while since my last post and I decided to write one on the psychology of sharing! This is going to be a shorter post, as I have a limited amount of time, but I hope you like it!           I am going to start with the definition of sharing. According to the Webster dictionary, sharing is defined as "give a portion of (something) to another or others" though I am sure you already knew the definition of the word, have you ever wondered why we share in the first place? I'm assuming you've heard the phrase "sharing is caring," and while this may seem like a "cheesy" phrase, it is showing the simple act of sharing to show how much you care for each other. Sharing truly is caring and it causes relationships and trust to grow. Thank you.

Before we begin, I would like to say one thing - cookies are easy and fun to make! You can make as many as you want at any given moment and share them with those around you to achieve the benefits that I have stated in my other articles. Without any further ado,  let's begin. Who Doesn't Love a Good Cookie?

Welcome back! As you know, I am professor Colon O'Breen. I am back to tell you about the first time that I ate a cookie. First of all, I was two years old, I don't remember much, but I do remember it was the most amazing feeling I have ever experienced. It was at my cousin Linda's birthday party. She was turning eight and she wanted nothing more than to have a warm platter of my great grandmeemaw's cookies for dessert. After we sang happy birthday to her, my mother told me to take a cookie and try it. She was never one to keep junk food or desserts in the house due to her worry about fat kids. I took my first bite and I fell off the chair I was sitting in. The cookie made me imagine things I had never imagined before. It opened my eyes. It made me realize that all was right with the world and that I had nothing to worry about. Now, I encourage you to share cookies with your friends, even your enemies! Cookies can truly change someone's life for th...

Cookie Psychology

Good day! I am professor Colon O'Breen from England. I am here to tell you about the impact that cookies can have on one's brain. Cookies, or biscuits as we call them in England, have been used for centuries to heal the sick and make the depressed feel better. The chemical theobromine in chocolate has a psychological effect on the brain which causes pain to feel as though it isn't there and makes one feel better about them self. I have been studying the impact of cookies on the human brain and body for years and I have finally come to a conclusion - sharing cookies strengthens friendships and trust. Throughout my life, I have dealt with terrible tragedies. My mother was diagnosed with celiac's disease at the age of 36, this caused her to stop eating milk chocolate. She soon fell into a deep depression and could not seem to get out of it. I realized there was only one way to fix this situation (or as the cool kids say; sitch.) I fed her one of my great ...
